The quote form has nothing behind it

There is no database on this website and no account to open. The form on the front page assembles what you typed into a WhatsApp message inside your own browser and hands it to WhatsApp. You decide whether to press send. Shut the tab instead and none of it has left the device.

Typefaces are served from this domain, so opening a page does not call out to a font service. No tag manager, no advertising pixel and no Google Analytics run here.

What a job record holds once you do make contact

A name, a number to ring back on, where the vehicle is standing, the vehicle itself, and the size or the fault. If you email, whatever is in the email. That is the working record, and it exists so the van turns up at the right car with the right rubber on board.

Payment is taken at the vehicle. Card numbers are not typed into this website and are not written down by us.

Counting visits

Page views on optimusmobiletyres.co.uk are counted by Vercel Web Analytics. It is aggregate and cookieless: pages, referrer and rough device type, with nothing that lets two visits be tied to the same person and no following you on to any other site. The site itself sits on Vercel's platform, which is what serves these pages to you.

Who handles it on the way through

The mail provider behind help@optimusmobiletyres.co.uk carries email. The telephone network and WhatsApp carry the calls and the messages on 020 4634 0997, under their own terms. They handle it because they move it, not because they have been given a list.

Nothing is sold, and no enquiry is handed on to another firm for a referral or a fee.

How long it is kept

A job record stays while the work is open. After that it is the invoice that keeps it: accounts are held for six years, which is what HMRC expects of a trade. Messages sit in the WhatsApp thread and calls in the phone log until they are cleared.

Getting a copy, or having it deleted

Email help@optimusmobiletyres.co.uk, or message 020 4634 0997 from the number you used, and say which of the two you want. A copy comes back in writing. A deletion is done, apart from anything an invoice has to keep, and you are told what stayed and why. No charge, no form.

If the answer is not good enough

Say so at the same address and it gets a second look. Beyond that, the regulator for personal data in the UK is the Information Commissioner's Office, which sets out how to raise a case at ico.org.uk.
