After a smash on the Barnet or M25 roads
Police, insurers, a bent wheel. We wait until the scene is clear enough to work, then we lift the car. We are not the ambulance. We are the van that takes the vehicle when everyone else has done their bit.
On the job
- We attend when you or the insurer ask — after the scene is safe
- Photos if you need them for the claim, on request
- Destination you name: home, body shop, compound
- We will not argue with the police about where the car sits
Usual questions
Do I call you or the police?
If people are hurt or the road is blocked, police first. Call us when you need the car moved. We are not a substitute for 999.
Will you speak to my insurer?
We can wait for their say-so if that is how you want it. Or you book us direct and sort the claim after. Your call.
Can you recover a write-off?
If it still rolls onto a bed or we can winch it, usually. A car in a ditch with no access is a different conversation.
