Using optimusmobiletyres.co.uk or booking Optimus Mobile Tyres means you accept these terms. The site describes a mobile tyre and recovery service based in Potter's Bar, Hertfordshire.

Quotes

A figure given on the phone or WhatsApp is for the job as described. If the damage, access, or tyre size is not what was described, we stop and re-quote before going further. You may decline.

Attendance

Times are estimates. Traffic on the M25 and a job that overruns before yours can move them. We tell you if we are slipping. We may refuse a location that is unsafe to work in.

Workmanship

Tyres we fit are tightened to the vehicle’s stated torque. We will not carry out a repair we believe is unsafe. Parts and rubber remain subject to the manufacturer’s own terms.

Payment

Due when the work is done unless we agreed otherwise. Card is the usual method. Title in goods passes when payment clears.

Copy on these pages is general. It is not a guarantee that we can attend every street on a given hour. Coverage is the towns list, not the whole of Hertfordshire.
