Blow-out on the M25 or a Potter's Bar lane
Hazards on, rubber flapping, a hard shoulder or a quiet EN6 side road. Stay out of live lanes. Pin a marker — South Mimms services, the J24 slip, High Street Potter's Bar — and we treat it as a roadside job, not a lecture about booking a depot.
On the job
- M25 J23 / J24, A1(M) and the B roads into Barnet and Enfield
- Night as well as daylight when the car cannot wait
- We will not ask you to drive on a shredded tyre to reach a bay
- Bent rim? We say so instead of hanging new rubber on junk
Usual questions
Should I stay in the car?
On the motorway, get behind the barrier if there is one. On a Potter's Bar residential street, staying with the car is usually fine. Tell us which it is.
How fast can you get to the M25?
We are based in Potter's Bar, so J23 and J24 are close ground. Time still depends on traffic and the job already on. You get an honest window, not a fantasy.
What if the wheel is wrecked too?
We look before we fit. A cracked rim does not get a new tyre. Recovery is the honest next step if the wheel is finished.
