This is the innermost district we work and the most constrained. Nine places, all of them dense, all of them controlled, and the congestion charge boundary running along Pentonville Road at the southern edge of it.
Upper Street and the roads around Angel are permit bays end to end with loading restrictions on top. Barnsbury and Canonbury are Georgian squares and terraces where the bays are short and the kerbs are granite. De Beauvoir Town and Hoxton are the same problem with a different street pattern.
Almost nothing here can be done in a hurry, and we do not pretend otherwise. What we do need is precision on the call: the street, the nearest number, the side of the road and the registration. With that we arrive able to start.
It is a long run from Potters Bar and it is a run we make. It is not a doorstep call and we will not imply it is.
