The A5 runs dead straight through this district because the Romans put it there, and every problem in HA8 is downstream of that fact.
Edgware Road and Burnt Oak Broadway carry buses, delivery vans and a solid line of parked cars, with bus lanes and loading bays that leave nowhere legal to stop. When a tyre goes down on that stretch the driver's instinct is to keep rolling to somewhere quieter, which turns a repair into a replacement and sometimes takes the rim with it. Stop as soon as it is safe.
The Watling Estate behind Burnt Oak is a grid of narrow residential roads with parking on both sides. Edgwarebury and Broadfields, at the northern end, are the opposite — wide, green, and bordering open ground where the lanes start again.
Canons Park, Little Stanmore and Queensbury sit on the Harrow side and are the furthest point of this district for us.

Do not drive it to somewhere convenient
A tyre run flat for even a few hundred metres destroys the inner liner and the sidewall bead area, and the damage is invisible from outside. That turns a repairable puncture into a new tyre. Pull in where you are, put the hazards on, and let us come to that spot.
