Match days reorganise this district completely. Roads close, parking restrictions extend, and a breakdown on the High Road becomes a very different problem from the same breakdown on a Tuesday.
If a tyre goes down anywhere near the stadium on a match day, tell us on the call. It changes the route in, and sometimes it changes where we ask you to be.
The rest of the time N17 is the A10 High Road doing what it has always done — buses, deliveries and heavy through traffic on a narrow carriageway. Tottenham Hale is the busier end now, with the retail and residential development around the station and Ferry Lane running east across the marshes.
